Never
Give Up-Colt James' Canadian Adventure
(For Immediate Release)
Buda,
TX (July 3, 2007)- The 2007 season started a magical adventure
for driver Colt James. His family supported team came
into the year as one of the ASA Late Model Series underdogs
but Colt's talent carried him to a victory in the season
opener at San Antonio Speedway. Since then his season
has been a lesson in perseverance and priorities. "We
are having fun this season," said Colt James. "The
cool thing this year is getting to run different tracks
every week and none of them are the same so I am having
a lot of fun!" Last weekend at Cayuga Speedway Park
in Hagersville, Ontario Colt's day mirrored his season.
The hard work of his small team and his talent behind
the wheel earned him the 5th best time in qualifying.
But a broken tie-rod would send his car behind the pit
wall for over thirty laps. "We did the best we could
and we will keep fighting every week," said an exhausted
Colt James after the race. Next up for Colt is the Radfest/Race
Against Drugs 200 at the Motor Mile in Radford, Virginia
on July 21st.
