Stump
Fights Hard All Night
(For Immediate Release)
West
Bend, WI (July 25, 2007)- "Man I thought this was
going to be our night," said a frustrated Kris Stump
after the Radfest/Race Against Drugs 200 at the Motor
Mile Speedway last Saturday night. "We were running
fifth and our car was good enough to win. But we got tangled
up with the same guy that caused a few problems and got
sent to the back for causing the caution," said Stump.
The official results will show that Kris Stump came home
in fourteenth position but it could have been much better.
A single groove track met the cars and stars from the
ASA Late Model Series, which made it tough for Kris Stump
to come back from his penalty. This veteran campaigner
from Tipp City, Ohio will turn things around in the second
half of the season because he is due for better luck!
Next up for Kris is the Crate American Race 200 at the
famous Bristol Motor Speedway on August 4th. "I've
run some great tracks in the old National Tour, "said
Kris Stump, "But this is going to be wild to take
on the high banks of Bristol!"
